Facility rentals on weekends and holidays have an 8-hour minimum, which includes 2 hours of setup and 1 hour of cleanup time. The weekend rental fee starts at $3,500, with an extra $350 for each additional hour. Monday through Thursday, the rental fee is $250/hour.

To reserve your date, a refundable $500 security/cleaning deposit and half of the rental fee (as a nonrefundable deposit) are required. The rental balance is payable 90 days prior to the event.

March – December: 
Saturday and Sundays $4500    add’l hours @ $450 
Fridays $3500                         add’l hours @ $350

January - February: Seasonal Discount
Friday, Saturday, & Sunday $3000   add'l hours @ $300

       Holiday Rentals $4500    add'l hours @ $450
       Including: July 4, Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, 
       Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve

Basic Weekend Rental: 8 hrs: 5hr guest time, 2 hr vendor 
set up, 1 hr clean up 50% deposit at booking; balance 
90 days before event

Entire Club $250 per hour
Ballroom $100 per hour
Foyer and Salon $100 per hour
Kitchen only $50 per hour

Use of Entire Club includes:
Foyer fully furnished with oriental rugs and antiques; recessed lighting; Bar/Salon fully furnished with full bar, pantry, historic fireplace, console piano; Kitchen with Wolf range (dbl oven, 12 burners), steel sinks, commercial disposal, high-pressure rinse sink, Jackson Perkins dishwasher, CoatRoom/Box Office, Bathrooms, 2 general use, 1 of which is accessible, Ballroom, with raised proscenium arch stage, 4 sets of French Doors leading to patio, high open truss ceiling, 12’ full wall to wall draperies, wall to wall hard-wood dance floor, overhead dimmable lighting fixtures, antique French Deco wall sconces, candeliers and side wall sconces, full sound system, theatrical lighting system, stage door entrance, sound and light control booth.  Grand Piano on stage.Dressing Room with ensuite bathroom.  Fully furnished with make up vanity and mirrors.Courtyard/Patio: surrounded on two sides by wooded banks – used for ceremonies, dinner parties, cocktails. Informal Garden borders 3rd side of courtyard (perfect for photo shoots).
